Tyler is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people reach their goals. Whether it be in strength training, flexibility, balance, weight loss, an upcoming meet or run, Tyler is dedicated to helping people surpass their expectations.

He firmly believes that everyone is capable of getting stronger, faster, leaner, and healthier no matter where they start. He likes working with people from all backgrounds, age groups, and abilities. He enjoys competitive powerlifting and all kinds of strength competitions.

Tyler has been awarded Personal Trainer of the Year at Beacon Health and Fitness twice, in 2019 and 2020.

Kimberlee Johnson

Kimberlee is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist.

Certified since 2017, Kimberlee Johnson is a skilled trainer with 1,500+ hours of experience training individuals in a gym setting, and 10+ years of training South Bend’s local roller derby team, South Bend Roller Derby. Aside from Stronghold Gym, Kimberlee is also currently a personal trainer at the University of Notre Dame and the Kroc Center.

Kimberlee enjoys finding a training style to fit each of her clients. Whether you want to be confident navigating the gym, get back into shape after a pregnancy or injury, or if you’ve reached a fitness plateau and need to figure out where to go next, Kimberlee will guide you with care and support.
